I really dont understand how any of this happen or how any of this is fair. I understand it was a misunderstanding when i moved here. That was in the first month. I complied and cleaned up and i still get put out apt. So what was the inspection for. I passed the inspection and Im still getting punished its not making sense.The only thing you keep saying is that I had someone staying there the whole time and thats entirely not true. This was a personal vendetta because there is no proof of someone staying there the whole time...

Back in august my husband and I tried too get a apartment here the lady we dealt with told us there was one available at the end of august come to find out we try to get ahold of her and she had been fired and we were told we were never oon the waiting list even though we paid the fee a few months later we decided too try again we were told there wouldn't be one available for a few months the next thing you know we are getting a call saying there was one available mid december we were supposed to move this weekend I had my husband call to ask a question come too find out they gave our apartment to the someone else after we were already told the address and the move in date and we had already paid the holding fee and got approved needless to say we will be taking your business elsewhere I am pregnant and have lived out of a camper for the past 3 years I dont have time for this

Water, sewer, and trash are included in rent. Electricity is the only utility resident are responsible for and that is paid directly to Florida Power and Light.

As soon as possible. There are not a lot of three-bedroom apartments on site. I would call the office and find out if there is a waiting list.

They do..but place is a dump and cochroaches everwhere. Don't trust management. Kids run wild and are rude and agressive. pond is toxic from kids throwing trash in it. Would never recommend this place.
