The employee who did this was “Mel” something at self checkout near the main entrance. I’m 9 months pregnant & I had two transactions but the stuff I had was heavy & there where no shopping carts! The self checkout wasn’t letting me start the second transaction without the merchandise being picked up off the weight sensor. I asked her to help me clear it I didn’t want my stuff in the floor cause I cannot pick it up. @ 6:40pm I had to struggle and strain myself picking up my food and groceries off the floor. Why she would do this after I asked and didn’t help me pick it up to place in my hand I’ll never know. Absolutely not the type of employee I would want working for me or my team. Especially someone who’s pregnant in need of assistance. Gotta be one of the worse trips to the store I’ve ever endured.

Always such a great place to go, extremely easy to get get to it's right off of Chapman highway. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable about everything in the store. Competitive prices and with the Kroger card it really adds up to great savings. The deli always has fresh cut meat and fish and rotisserie chicken, doesn't get much better than that.

Used to be much more reliable but more times now than not the shelves are empty and the things I usually buy are out of stock. I often find my bread and produce is moldy or molds faster than it should. Many times I go in, the produce also has very slim pickings.

I've always had a problem with having 2 cook the fresh fish within 24 hours of buying it or it starts 2 smell like ammonia. Kroger is the only place I get fish where I have 2 do that.

I have not seen them yet. I would assume they would be with the packaged spices (the same aisle as canned veggies and soups). If I find out differently, I will update.
