A great connection with God and the people that attend this church happened when my family and I joined over 3 years ago. We find that we are more encouraged to attend each week and find ourselves discussing the worship and service long …

Community Christian Church's mission is helping people find their way back to God. I think they do an outstanding job of following through with what they intend to do. I remember when I was trying to find God five years ago. I was going to a couple of different churches, and Community Christian Church was definitely the place I felt like I needed to be. This church helped me find God more than any other church I've been to in my life. I've loved Community from the moment I stepped foot into their doors. The people are so welcoming, and it's very easy to make friends here. The pastor does an awesome job of keeping people's attention during the sermon. He cracks a few jokes to keep you engaged, while also sharing relevant information to grow your relationship with God, as well as how to apply it to your life. There is something to take away from every message. The worship is also fenominal. Some of the songs are up-beat where you can use all your energy to praise God. There's also some slow songs where you can be still and allow the holy spirit to move inside you. If you feel like you want to be a part of community and grow spiritually more than just on Sundays, then you can join a small group or serve on a team. There's a variety of small groups depending on what you're interested in. I help out with StuCo on Wednesday nights, which is the youth ministry for middle school and highschool students. Community Christian Church is truly amazing because of fellowship, worship, the sermon, being able to connect with people in small groups, and being able to serve on a team.
