A tree fell on my SUV and insurance set up rental. They wouldn't accept my credit card "prepaid ssi" ,then they wouldn't accept my bank card. I ended up walking 10 miles back home. Everyone at work. Never using enterprise ever again.

Avoid at all cost! Yorkville experience!! I rented a car from the yorkville, Illinois location! Horrible experience! I am literally typing this review while walking home ! I was told that when I rent the car, someone would take me home. As I had no vehicle. So they picked me up, I brought the car back, but once they got the money I was left stranded!!
