My two year old TCL was stuck on the red start up screen. Of course TCL warranty is only 1 year. Brought my TV in, they had a quote quickly, had the part on hand and I picked it up the next day. Price was incredibly reasonable and communication was great. Highly recommend.

Georgia if the screen is cracked or damaged you will need to replace the tv as the screens are not for sale. If you have no picture we would have to check the set. We charge a $30.00 checkout charge

Philip we charge a $30.00 checkout charge that will apply to the repair. If the total is over $120 we will call with an estimate. We can usually get the set checked by the next day
Tv makers do not offer the screens for resale. We repair tv’s that break but when the screen is damaged you must replace the set. The same model tv can use several different screens. They are not like cellphones where the screens are the same.
