They prefer appointments, it allows them to do a consult of what you want.they do charge a $40.00 to lock in your appointment this is non-refundable but will be applied to your cost of tattoo but forfeited if you are a no-show. You can walk in to setup your appointment but may have to wait if they are in the middle of a tattoo
