I walked in to set up an account. And I asked the girl at the counter if I could set up an account she proceeds to call another lady in the back office who loudly says she can't do it for whatever reason. So the girl At the counter calls another girl who sit who is sitting directly behind me and who sighed very loudly when I walked in the building as if I was bothering them. She's saying something to the fact like she can't do it then asks another girl she's ever done it before that sitting next to her at another desk. She says she's never done it and the whole time when I first walk in the girl sitting over in another booth started laughing and continued sitting there laughing the whole time as everything is funny. I really felt humiliated that no one had time or wanted to help. There were no other customers in the building besides me. I believe 1st impressions are everything in if that's the 1st impression that I get I definitely don't want to do business here. I'm a center director of a business and for me I understand customer service is critical. Sad part is already having account but I wanted to set up another For financial reasons.. It was very humiliating and sad that people act like this I definitely would not recommend anyone going here especially if that's how you're gonna be treated. I politely told them that I was OK and I left their building.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY LIKE IT IS THERE'S!!! Place holds on checks past 3-7 business days. As soon as this last hold they inconvenienced me with is over.closing my account. Update whenever I do get MY money.
