I'm baffled by some of the negative reviews for this bank. My experience has been nothing but excellent! Vlad, Amanda and the other employees are extremely helpful and very personable. I've recently refinanced my home through 5/3 Bank and have transferred my personal banking from BOA to 5/3. I'm so glad I did!

Vladimir was very patient and kind as I added my husband to my bank account. My husband had a large check to cash and Vladimir explained that it would need to be held for 24 hours and then we could draw out the cash we needed to make a down payment on our home. Most banks will hold it until they receive the funds but this Fifth Third location wanted to help us. The person who gave this location 1 star because she doesn't trust a bank with a metal detector. Well, this location doesn't have an officer on duty so they NEED a metal detector to safeguard their account holders. It makes me feel safe to bank there.

Rude staff. Exorbitant price ($100) to open business account. Won't cash a check made out to a business even though the check was drawn on their bank. Be prepared to feel like a prisoner when walking in (metal detector, two locked doors they have to buzz you in and out). Oh, and anti-gun. I would never bank here!
