Called today to see what time my appointment is.Leah was so rude! She interrupted me when I was trying to ask what time I was supposed to be there.All she heard out of my whole sentence was "Appointment" shows she obviously wasn't listening. She was trying to tell me there's no appointments available today.Thats not what I was asking.Plus I had already given her my name & she asked again!. She needs to be taught how to listen to the customers.

Log time Customer with 4 accounts , Saturday drive through Teller sassy and not helpfull . I had to take my deposit back ,what a waste of time. will try again on Tuesday. Suggestion to the Bank don't hassle your customers when they want to give you a deposit.

I do not bank here however I have family members who use Wells Fargo and the times that I have walked into their establishment it’s very clean very organized everyone is very nice and professional I definitely recommend this if you live in the area just because if you live within the radius of this Wells Fargo there’s not a lot of other banks and sometimes getting from one side to the nearest bank it can take up to 30 minutes so it is time-saving if you were close by or if this is just near where you work it is you’re know going to save you some time from having to go to a bank that is a further out in the city. If you’re somebody who speaks Spanish and needs to be translated off and other banks they have a lot of Spanish staff and every single time that I’ve gone in different times of the day there is always somebody who speaks Spanish to help when whatever you need and they have an amazing privacy and also they’re very family orientated if that’s him something that matters to you when it comes to choosing what bank is important as far as technology goes they use a mobile app and with the mobile app you can actually do a lot of cool things such as get alerts when there’s gonna be some purchased that’s not on your average budget or not in a regular place where you would buy I think that is so you know pretty cool if you’re interested in that I can’t really say a lot on how the banking work simply because I don’t have an account this is all based off of family members and close friends of mine‘s with the establishment itself I do recommend like I said it’s clean it’s very efficient and professional.
