My experience with Bank of America started off great! .. Everyone told me " I wouldn't Bank there" but me being me ,...I did anyway. My accounts were hacked " taken over " via remote country through a virus in Email. In the span of 1 year , I was charged over 1200.00 in fees alone . I spent over 12 hours on the phone with customer service, only to repeat myself to each one .....( very time consuming and exhausting) no notes show up when calling , was charged 212.00 for a " bot" that was hitting my account for a little over 1.00 every 2 weeks , I closed account to only later find out this fee was still being taken out. I do not recommend this banking establishment,....and I definitely try hard to give good reviews . I get a notice my account is closed ( all 4) only after trying unsuccessfully to log in . They closed my accounts rather than refund the fee's that had accrued not of my own fault rather the bank's lack of attention to detail and follow up. It took over 3 months to complete an inquiry about a dispute! They denied the claim and shut the accounts. The claim was not about anyone other than Bank of America and the ridiculous amount of fees. Think twice! T
