We just wanted a refund for the cheese not given on the sandwich ordered and for the shredded salad that wasn't what was expected. The freshness of the shredded salad was questionable as the brussels sprouts sprinkled throughout the shreds were all brown, and for some reason, there were cherry tomatoes on it, which had to be removed due to allergies. There weren't any detectable "golden beets" as we tried to find them within the shreds - but clearly, there were none. So we called and unfortunately had to call twice because the missing cheese was known after the first call. This set off the two managers on duty - We were berated for calling twice, dismissed for the mention of the .25$ cent cheese that was missing, and talked over about how they bought the pre-shredded salad mix they serve and weren't responsible for what was in or not in it. (The managers actually repeated this information numerous times as if we didn't hear it the first time) If you serve it and charge money for it - no matter the cost, if the person that has received it isn't happy with the quality or the missing item, then a refund should be given. We were informed after being yelled at that we were the ones talking over them...that the Owner was not going to give us a refund. We asked for him to call us to discuss this and were told that he was busy and that he'd call when he could. So, no call, no refund, and absolutely no resolution for something that was their responsibility. No thanks, Flipside; we will never recommend your establishment as your Customer Service at the highest level is severely lacking....if you serve it - own it. Heads up - You are responsible for the quality! And your managers raising their voices and speaking over us...and then accusing us of yelling and talking over them is equally unacceptable.

It is your basic bar food with a big focus on drinks. Overall food was ok, nothing spectacular but not bad. Service was good, yet the forced gratuity on a two-top is something I have never experienced. Would have gladly tipped the 18% or more without the requirement, but having it forced onto the bill, especially during a happy hour, made it seem like a surcharge to cover happy hour. Raise your prices, if that is the case. Even the waitress agreed. Granted, she may just be agreeing to avoid trouble, but seeing other reviews on here, this is an issue this place needs to resolve. Hope they do, because we need better restaurants in Milford.

Hello, we follow all restaurant guidelines set forth by Governor Ned Lamont. 50% capacity, masks, sanitizing, no more than 8 guests at a table and 6ft distancing. Thank you we hope this helps!
When I went there last Sunday outdoor dining was available.
