My colleague and I had a bad experience here last week. We sought treatment for an infected, extremely painful finger nail and did not receive any real treatment. A sample was taken for a culture, and an antibiotic was prescribed. We were told we would receive results within 24 hours on the culture to see if the right antibiotic was administered. Of course we never received a call or any follow up. We sought care elsewhere and fortunately received immediately relief and a satisfactory solution. BTW we are still waiting on the call back. Thanks for your reply but who is the center administrator and how do I contact him/her? A phone number would be nice.

Went in with swollen tonsils, backed up sinuses and sore throat. I don’t even think they read my intake report since the PA asked all the same questions. Also had to listen to the nurses swipe through Tiktok while I was waiting for the doctor. Horrible first visit. Tested me for one thing and told me to leave and come back if it gets worse.
