We've been here 3 weeks and have been in contact with Carol for months. She worked endless hours to make sure our family got into an apartment. I've noticed in other reviews of "the trashy pool", "no gardening" and just constant negatives. Well I'm here to counter all of those. We've been to the pool multiple times a week since we've been there. No trash, always had an attentive lifeguard and had a beautifully kept patio. (Also warm and SALT WATER! 😍) Each week (on Thursday) they've mowed and have kept up maintenance on the grounds. (Beautiful grass and flowers I might add) Yes there are spiders here (hello... there's a nature preserve right next to it). They spray as often as they can and We've simply bought online sonic deterrents (which has done wonders). The playground is a cute family style. It has an old playset that reminds me of the one I had when I was a kid. They are short on staff but do wonders with what they have. They're old apartments (quit complaining they're "not luxury" they were literally build in 2008, shut up.) You can't expect them to dump hundreds and thousands of dollars to "upscale" these apartments that do the job just find the way that they are. If you're looking for a reasonably priced apartment with a kind and friendly community like no other, look no further. Steeplechase at Malta is the cutest little place to live.

I have lived here for 8 years. I feel so safe here. Beautiful surroundings Pool free internet and friendly neighbors. The manager is outstanding and her staff.

A very nice upscale apartments. Lived there for 2 years without any problem. A walk away from almost a private lake. Well maintained. Only issue is that a maintenance call takes forever to be completed. Jackie is awesome!!!
