My phone died and I needed a new one fast. I’d originally gone to the Wilton store and they were rude. They said that they didn’t have time to help me transfer my data from the cloud onto my new phone, and I’d need an appointment. What good would that be for me? I called Malta, and they said that they’d be willing to sell me a phone and set it up. The staff members were all very pleasant, and I was given the choices of phones. Suggestions were made, not by price, but by what phone fits my needs best. The whole process went very smoothly, and this will be my go to phone store from now on. I want to really compliment Malta Verizon Wireless for being pleasant and professional.

Showed up at 5:45 when it closes at 6, was abruptly told the store was closed without even asking what I needed. I've done business here for years. Service was not what it was in the past last time I was in and after this. I won't be back.
