Will give you the run around and waste your time. Can’t believe this is how they treat their disabled veterans. The manager of the branch was just as useless as me waiting for an hour just to have my appointment canceled. Horrible banking experience in person and on the phone.

This is the slowest branch I’ve ever been too. They have a full lobby and only 2 people working to help people with there accounts and 1 decides he’s going to lunch. I had to wait 3 hours to open a business account. But Jorge took care of me and pushed his lunch back to get it done. This isn’t the first time I’ve waited this long. This is the only branch in the location or I’d never come here. Worst service ever !!!!! Hate this bank

The worst bank I've ever dealt with in my 70 years. Extremely long waits for anything I've been there for. Poor customer service. Closing my safety deposit box took over an hour. Management needs a serious meeting.

No I kept complaining because they continued to allow their bankers to work out of their homes causing a huge line at the drive thru that caused a long wait. Other places weren't working from home using safety precautions. They listened and opened up
$25 opening deposit. One Primary ID drivers license, State ID card or Passport. ID cannot be expired...ID must be readable...ID must have current address. Note if ID does not have current address or if using passport as your primary ID you must also bring proof of current address. Also you will need one secondary ID debit card, credit card, medical id card, SS Card...etc with your name on it. You must also know your SS number. You will also be asked about your employment, phone number and email address. The banker will ask additional questions about your financial needs and make sure you ask questions also.
