We recently purchased a recliner from Gibson Furniture. My husband wanted something that looked great and could hold up as his daily recliner in his "Mans Room". We found the perfect chair at Gibson and sales staff was helpful but not pushy. They didn't have the chair in stock, but we were able to order it and it came earlier than expected and delivery was quick and efficient. We did have an issue with the chair. It was an issue with the way the chair was made ( a defect) and although I had meant to call sooner, it was almost two weeks after we got the chair that I finally reached out to Gibson Furniture. Within two days, we had a replacement chair delivered. No muss, no fuss. I didn't have to call to email a bunch of times, it was handled quickly and seamlessly. The replacement chair is perfect. Gibson Furniture has earned all of our future business. Not only did they make the buying process simple and not forced, but they also did the one thing most businesses are lacking these days - they demonstrated excellent customer service. Issues happen, problems occur - I believe how a business handles those issues, speaks volumes. I am delighted with my Gibson Furniture experience and will absolutely purchase from them again!
