WATCH OUT! We took my wife's 2015 Grand Cherokee (62,000 miles) to Miracle for brakes. We were given a laundry list of "needed" repairs that included a new radiator due to a major leak, thermostat, brakes, oil cooler and engine mounts. Totaling more than $6000. We had a second and third opinion performed and neither could find leaks while doing pressure tests. We were told the engine mounts were in great shape and that we needed brakes. We ended up spending $700 instead of $6000. I don't know if this was a mistake that was made at the dealership or an opportunity to make dishonest $$$.....

Hi Richard. After inflating the tires to the proper pressure, you need to drive a few miles for the warning light to turn off. If this doesn't happen, give us a call and we'll take a look at it.
Hi Brittany, in many cases we have found that CARFAX will flag a potential odometer rollback issue on their reporting of a vehicle. This, most of the time, is strictly due to an error by someone inputing the incorrect mileage while serviced at a service station. We will look into the situation. It is likely that this is what has happened, not anything Miracle has done wrong.

Steve, you can come in and get an oil change through our Express Lane without an appointment.
Your cluster will tell when. There is a sensor in the oil system that checks viscosity. Also 6 months or 8000 miles.
Pam, our Express Lane has the same hours as our regular service department, so it opens at 7:30 am Monday - Friday and 8 am on Saturday.
