Your cluster will tell when. There is a sensor in the oil system that checks viscosity. Also 6 months or 8000 miles.
Part of that depends on your driving habits (short easy drives vs. longer stop-and-go traffic), and what type of oil you are currently using (conventional vs. synthetic). You can check your owners manual for the manufacturer's recommendation, or you can bring it into our service center and we can check to see if it's time to change it out.
If standard driving 6000 will work fine
