This has been the worst pregnancy experience I ever had because this doctor office is so unprofessional the doctor I was supposed to be seeing is at the hospital doing surgery so I have to wait and I’m only here to get ultrasound results from 3 days ago they are so unprofessional and unorganized im changing my doctor asap‼️

I’ve been with this place since mid 2019 and they dismissed me wrongfully. They didn’t send me a letter first as part of protocol and someone at the front desk WHILE I WAS THERE gave me untrue information when in mist of a family emergency with my son and instead of punishing her for it they let me go as a patient over the phone. My son was delivered by Dr. Felton in 2020 who is no longer at this office and when he left I started seeing Dr. Trussel, I was told by the Health board of investigation they let go of me wrongfully and I have reported it. Dr. Trussel is wrong for letting me go because I had to leave because of an emergency with my son and I was told I could reschedule and go, so I rescheduled only to get a call of dismissal. They tried to use past appts as an excuse of dismissing, if that were the case they should have dismissed when those happened and with a letter, but instead of I made future appts. If this office does you wrong in anyway, please file a doctor complaint because one person may not matter but if we all use our voice they can get what they deserve.

It was my first time to see Dr Trussell & his nurse. I had to have a small procedure done and was super nervous about it. They were the best ever I would rate them a 10 out of 10 they were patient with me did not make me feel that they were in a hurry made me feel like I was the only person there. They took excellent care of me I would recommend Dr. Trussell and his nurse to anyone they are two great people !!!!
