came into my office without my permission and ripped up the whole thing, without asking. they then tried to coerce me into thinking there was water when there was not, because 3 other companies said the floors were dry. Total con job, and will not pay them one dime.

It looks like my reviews are being blocked by the servpros here in san antonio Texas..on October 14th at 6:59 pm a driver was road raging with me..tries to get us to hit him with a brake check..flicked us off the whole time...and then sped off going 90 mph..

After a plumbing leak our insurance offered to send a team to mitigate damages. SADLY, I chose servpro! The loss occurred in early August 2020. A team of 2 showed up 8/9/20 to clean up and removed a hardwood floor. In doing so, they broke a glass in the oven door as I sat in a chair and watched. servepro HAVE NEVER CORRECTED THE BREAKAGE. They initially wanted to remove my entire cooktop and oven. Expecting a quick repair and turn around, I allowed them to take ONLY the door for repair. Approaching the Holidays with no repaired door I insisted on the door being returned. Amazing that they actually did something they said they would and returned the broken door. No offer of a replacement oven and cooktop, only that a door is ordered and ON BACKORDER, they'll call when it is received. Their level of incompetence and or lack of concern for Our quality of life or even our safety is astonishing. Tired of their lack of action, I searched the internet and located a replacement door glass from the manufacturer. I placed and order and received the door glass, all this took less than a week. I sent an email advising servpro I had found the glass and asked; If they could hire a qualified service technician to actually install the glass. It has been over a month and no acknowledgment or reply has been received. I am guessing that they have so many claims that they just don't care. The date of this review is 1/13/2021. For confirmation of my loss, I am attaching images of when the door was broken. My recommendation is NEVER USE SERVPRO !!!!! NEVER PS My wife called today (I am so done I want to hire an attorney). She was told the lady was in the bathroom and would call back. No return call received. `

I would never recommend them to anyone.They charged me for a service call and didn't even look at the real issue. They ""told me they would prorate it but when they debited from my account they charged the whole amount. Bad service Ice
