Pple this water company will rip you off, if everyone will start taking action the problem will probably most likely get resolved… 🤥🤥🤥 telling me I owe a bill back in July but can’t show me proof🙄 here we are in September Really!!!!! Well the Funny thing my bill is not showing a past do amount,, and even if it was true This company will shut you off in a heartbeat 😡🤥

Trash Pick up is a joke. Leaving notes on your can and won’t pick it up unless it’s 3 feet from cars. Won’t get out of their truck to get can to pick up, but will leave a note, I am much happier with my service from a different company. I don’t even have to take my can to the road and I don’t have to deal with Michael and his sorry excuses. I am new to Gallatin and this was my welcome. Thank God there are other companies. If this is owned by the City, they should scrap this service and let independents pick up trash. They are much nicer

Long story short our meter was broken. When they brought it back the meter was working correct. I do give them a 10 rating for letting us know our water meter is continuously running. I also want to say everyone at public utilities and water company have always been very nice. We have never had a problem with any utilities in all the years we have lived here. This was our first problem and it cost us dollars to find out it was not on our side. Because everything was replaced and meter is still continuously running. Oh, when they took our water line out, it was dry, and in perfect condition. No cracks nothing was wrong with it. I give 1 star for what we went through for nothing. We tested things by turning water off and on. Yes it seems like we have a leak between our meter and our house. We had Sullivans out and they could find no leak. We had A1 out, no leak found. We had Lee Company out. No leak found. We had Southern Plumbing out still no leak. We have never had water in crawl space or anywhere in our yard. We could find nothing. Called water company and asked if their water meter could be broken, they said no. So we had Southern back out and they dug up our yard and replaced the whole water line from the meter to the house with a very expensive top of the line pipe. Our meter is still continuously running. Nothing in the bathrooms, laundry, kitchen is leaking. I sure hope the water company gives us our money back for what went through for nothing. The problem is their problem not ours. P.J.N/ L.
