Stopped by the store this morning to get help activating my new BYO Pixel 6. Jen said "we can do that!", and immediately sat me down at the "big table". She navigated the entire process, including transferring data from old phone to new, in record time, answering all my questions with ease. What I was expecting to be, at best, a tedious task, became a pleasant interlude, an enjoyable conversation, and a learning experience. Nicely done, Jen. Nicely done.

The worst experience of my life buying a new phone ,the phone a galaxy s20,when I opened it I found an man's name address, work, home, and credit card information, I returned the phone because of this plus it was faulty, when reading an article the screen would turn black, the young man inspected it and had no answer, I accused the store of selling me a used phone, the woman working that day immediately said it's 55 dollars to return the phone, I became indignant of the thought, I'm an old marine with 100 percent disability for PTSD, I had to leave, I contacted the man who's information was listed and informed him of the credit cards info and read the card numbers back to him , then erased every thing ,called att spending 2 hours with customer support, twice the phone quit,the volume quit and got disconnected disconnected twice , I'm returning this piece of junk as soon as my neighbor neighbor can accompany me for support, I don't want a heart attack from that rude being woman near me.

generally the people are super nice and helpful in this store. but i went in on saturday morning at opening with a few very simple questions and the guy behind the desk was totally grumpy and quite obviously did not want to be there at work that morning. never looked up, never smiled, cranky, irritated, etc etc. i don't know what his problem was, but if he has chosen customer service for his choice of a line of work, he is in the wrong job. sorry to have bothered him.

MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE CAUSED BY AT&T I have been to the AT&T store in Ellsworth Maine now three times. I have been "promised" yes the word "promised" was used several times in resolving an issue with my bill. A $400 bill was issues and the customer service agents at the AT&T store agree I do not owe the amount of $400 however they keep promising that there store manger will resolve this issue. Now I am in Massachusetts where my phone has been turned off, leaving in the morning headed back to Maine without a phone. This is a complete safety issue. A situation I have been trying to resolve for the last three weeks. Each customer service agent says the store manager will get back to me and he never does. As mentioned my biggest worry was my phone being turned off and was reassured that my phone would not be shut off and the issue would be resolved asap. Now in a different state traveling with no phone during the holidays. SHAME ON AT&T

I cannot speak to your specific areas cell integrity, but if you do not periodically or haven't recently, power down the phone. If it has a removable battery, take it out for a could of minutes. Then, try doing a cell phone field test, and if you can do it on two different phones in the same location that might lead you to an antenna issue in your phone.
