I went in the evening with my boyfriend on January 3rd. Huge line. And people selling phones. And no staff worker taking payments. They should have one person designated to take payments. And others to sell phones. There was an elderly man there. And one of the staff members was rude and very condescending towards him. Who needs that. I will pay my bill by debit over the phone. I dont need the aggravation. Or the stress. Its bull how the elderly and disabled are treated. They need a complete house cleaning .hire people who care about the public. Ones who actually care about others and enjoy earning their money. Not just collecting a pay check
