Had an appointment for 11am for an alignment. Showed up at 10:30. Sat out in the parking lot with 4 children (with the AC on, because the waiting room was as hot as it was outside). 11am rolls around so we go in to be told that they will no longer be working on the vehicle. Customer service is VERY VERY POOR. Also witnessed lug nuts on a different vehicle get tightened INCORRECTLY. Everyone was standing around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING.

Went in to get an inspection sticker recently after having nearly $1,000 of work done by them earlier this year which I had an OK experience with. They failed me for all non-safety related issues. Think they were just trying to drum up business...not on my dime! Got a second opinion at another shop and my vehicle passed no problem. Not how a return, paying customer should be treated - won't be back!

So I recently called to inquire about tire prices. I ended up buying elsewhere. Why? 'Cause whatever I was looking for he could have it in tomorrow. She doesn't take concise or complete telephone messages and when you can get him on the phone he makes you feel like you're bothering him. A good businessman never alienates potential customers.

Had my first experience at Jewell Tire Center and I was very impressed! I called for a last minute oil change and was given an appointment. The front desk guy was supremely friendly. The location was clean and the waiting room chairs were quite comfortable. Coffee was offered and a fresh newspaper was there for the customers. I liked that they aired up my tires too. I will be a repeat customer.
