I was having difficulty recharging my phone and people that I called could not hear me. I was warmly greeted by Mike. He spent the following 15 minutes delicately pulling lint and residue from the charging port. He also used compressed air to remove any remaining debris. From here he cleaned the mic area and then wiped down the entire phone. He then called me and the call went through without a hitch. The phone charger also seats well in the phone. Mike was professional and friendly. He is an asset worthy of this acknowledgement. Thanks Mike.
