Very poor service, the clerk wouldn't give me a chance to tell him that i was locked out of the website. when i logged in last Friday,i established my username and password, completed questions 1-4,on four it locked me out.The website froze,I called for help on the 31st,a gentleman checked it out and told me it was because it didnt log in,and for me to get up early in the morning,at 3 am,and try again.the site told me i was locked out because someone else has already logged in with that user name. that someone was ME!.......He told me if i needed anymore help to call the hotline, i'm still looking for that number! Can i request a paper-application because we are old and not computer savvy.I have no printer also
