Awesome experience. Can't thank everyone enough. I had read the reviews before going to see about getting a new phone. The reviews were terrible. I had no intention of getting a new phone but once I was there and the help I received from everyone there. I totally changed my mind and got my new phone. They're helpful very nice and know what they're talking about when answering questions. Now I'll refer friends and family to go there and check out the phones anytime.

Went in to discuss an upgrade and was told because my phone had a small crack in it she could not help me. She did not even try to work something out or discuss my options.I was in and out in under 2 min.. Probably shouldn't be in sales if you have no desire to sell someone a product.

I walked in during a very busy time but the employees were quick to greet me and assure me they would be with me in a timely manner. Soon after I was assisted with upgrading to a new phone the whole team is great and even saved me money on my internet bill! Love this place!

Even tho we were not able to switch my husband's I phone to my account today. JAYNE I believe is his name was awesome to work with. He did everything in is power to try to make it work. We will be back on Friday with my husband and his phone 📱 see you then.
