The sales associate Cheryl came right over to greet me.She asked me if I was looking for anything in particular or just looking. I told her what I was looking for and she explained where I could find it in the store. She let me look around by myself. There was no pressure which was very nice. She also pointed out The Cafe if I wanted and snacks or drinks and that they were all on Bob. The store had a wide selection, very clean and was very well laid out which made it easy to sit on the couches to make sure they were comfortable. Cheryl came over and checked on me when I was sitting on a couch for a second time to see if so had an questions. I told her I wanted to buy the set and the rest was easy as well. Outstanding no pressure customer service, quality of a large selection of furniture, location of store will keep me coming back there for my future furniture needs. There was a very nice finishing touch that the store manager meets everyone before they leave to ask how their experience was. Very nice touch!

I experienced immediate attention from Cheryl, who led me to a collection of power assist recliners. Cheryl explained in detail the features of each, showing also that she was very educated in the store's stock. After my visit, I decided that I didn't need to look elsewhere thanks to Cheryl. She was compassionate,too, as I told her the chair was for my husband who I recently had transferred from our home of 36 years to a nearby memory care facility. Thank you Cheryl and kudos to Bob's once again, as I am a returning customer.

Ginny was great! She wasn’t pushy like most sales people. She simply asked what we were shopping for . She directed us in the right direction. She waited for us to try out the mattresses. Explaining as we tried each one . Then allowed us to browse the show room on our own . Very pleasant to work with.

You could probably call the original store you purchased it with the ordernumber and they should be able to figure it out from there

Dont recall seeing one, however definitely plausible they would have one. They have more than one floor of items and may be able to get one from one of their otjer stores
