Mark at Mass Appliance Service helped me with my RV trailer refrigerator. It needed Freon and Frigidaire would not help me but Mark at Mass Appliance did. He is very good and very honest.

Mark is the only appliance repairman within hundreds of miles that I trust. He is through, knowledgeable, and an excellent technician. He repaired an icemaker for us that other techs failed to repair and then wanted to replace. He just installed an over the stove microwave and provided a recommendation for a dishwasher replacement. He responds quickly, arrives when promised, explains what he is doing, and leaves the work area clean and neat.

Let me start by saying if I could give this place negative stars I would. We called 4 weeks ago to have a washer fixed. They diagnosed the problem and said they needed $175 up front. I gave them the money and then a week later they came and put the part in and realized that’s not what was wrong. They had to get another part ( that the guy said was in stock). Here we are 4 weeks later and they still haven’t fixed the washer. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere!

I give as accurate reviews as possible. If i could give a negative star I would. This was the hardest place to work with. I bought 4 appliances and within the first month there was a problem with the dishwasher. I called to get it fix. Long story short 7 months later one flood to the first floor many lies told to the point they could not keep track of them. I got the dish washer replaced. I bought a dish washer with a stainless steel tub and got a replacement after 7 months of waiting with a plastic tub and none of the options I purchased with the original. I gave up and I am just dealing with it because of the headache and lies I had to deal with for over 7 months. Do yourself a big favor and shop somewhere else.
