Went and had lunch with the Boy's. This place never disappoints. Great lobster, steamers, fried cls and fried scallops. Eat inside or outside doesn't matter get your hands in there and get messy. They have 2 sinks set up as a wash station to clean up which is nice.

This is off season when I went but it has everything that generally does during season pretty much except for crowds. This is an iconic place to stop with traditional favorites lobster included live choose your own. Location is easy to find with plenty of parking. The view is interesting with the Meadows and waterways. It was confusing where to actually order. And during season you would order probably from the immediate entrance because they have Windows there but during the off season you have to actually go inside past that area past the cashier go up some stairs to another cashier that's where the live lobster tanks are and put your order in there they'll give you a number and they'll call out your number when it's ready. This is a classic place to go. This is a must stop in my opinion. This is the way hospitality was meant to be in a faster pace. Easy picnic table to sit at. Plenty of room for large crowds. PS the lobster chowder was delicious!

We went on a Sunday in April. The weather was quite lovely, making the view very nice. The staff was very professional and friendly. There was quite a crowd, but the wait time for both our order and food prep time wasn't long at all. Their clam bar was open. It was quite wonderful. The steamed lobsters were perfect. We had a non adventurous eater with us who chose shrimp and onion rings. There weren't any complaints there.Yes, they offer things other than seafood. In season they also have ice cream. They have picnic style tables and great windows for viewing the in let. They offer lobsters by the pound. The clam chowder is worth mentioning as well. If you're a fan of lobster I'd highly recommend you add this to your agenda if you're visiting Hampton beach. Don't let the packed cars in the parking lot discourage you. They seem to handle the large crowds quickly.

There’s a reason why they’ve been in business for so long and it’s quite simple: their food is absolutely fantastic. It’s fresh, fast, and all the locals know it so it’s common to see a healthy sized line, but it moves fast. If you’re looking for a great place to get your seafood fix look no farther and go here. The portion sizes are also great. To order you walk up to the right window outside the restarant, are given a ticket, and then hand in that ticket at the left window to pick up your food when your number is called over the loudspeaker (which you can hear both outside and inside). If you order a fresh lobster you can go inside to pick it out and then up once it’s done. It’s a simple process that’s quick and efficient. My family has been going here now for 3 generations and I can’t wait to make it 4.

Bring chairs and a table to have a picnic in the parking lot.
Just called them, they do sell Gift Certificates.
Yes also cash only had no idea until we got there !!
Masks are required. The tables are separated by 6 feet. People were not separated by 6 feet in the ordering line.
Brown's is open all year, but after November 15th they are only open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
There are no tour boats associated with Browns . Love it cause you can bring your own booze. It was packed yesterday. Scollops are amazing.
Inside seating is every other table. They have disinfect spay for the tables. But you need to clean your own table.
There's a sign in the dining room saying they're open all year.
No, you order there and eat there or take it to go. I don't know why someone is saying this is Hampton Beach, this is NOT at Hampton Beach! It's the Seabrook NH/Salisbury MA line.
Yes they are open year round on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in off season. Just Google it gives you all info you need. REMEMBER ITS CASH ONLY THEY DO HAVE ATM ON PROPERTY
I'm not sure they will serve dogs. I don't know of many restaurants that have license restrictions concerning matters such as these that are willing to bend beyond service dogs for the vision impaired. Woof!
I think its after labor day.
Their open
There are other places..
I suggest checking their website hours page and calling before traveling out there. Currently the hours page lists as closed with reopen date to follow.
It's usually open year-round but since they're fire back in August it's really hard to say
Maybe later...closer to December...still lots of construction issues!
They had a fire in late August
Insurance, permitting, I would say not before the new year. My sons, who both worked there are more hopeful.
