Scheduled an mri session over a month out. Got a call today, two days before my appointment, saying that they were having issues with their machine and wouldn’t be able to do the mri. Apparently they were having issues when I initially scheduled my appointment and believed it would be fixed by now. When I asked why they were just telling me this two days before my appointment, the rep responded, “Well, we were just told last week that we were still having issues and were going to have to call every person scheduled for the month of May.” My appointment was scheduled May 5th, and it took them a week to call me.

I do not write reviews at all, this is actually my first time ever but I simply had to say this. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I made an appointment a month out to get X-rays done, they had “no availability” after 4:30 pm which is the time I get out of work so I asked if this was fast so that I could go during my lunch break. The soonest they were able to give me was in a month so I took it. I went to my appointment today only to be told that they were not doing any X-rays and that I had to go to the hospital as a walk in in order to get them. I am so upset not only because they made me waste my time but because THEY SHOULD’VE TOLD ME WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE MY APPOINTMENT!!! There is absolutely no excuse to make up for this, it’s simply unacceptable. If you were considering to go here do yourself a favor and run.

I’ve used this location in the past (2020) and had no issues however, I was asked by my doctor to go back for MRI work there so the images can be compared with the same system (made sense to me). On Tuesday, I arrived for my appointment on time to receive an MRI. The wait wasn’t long enough however upon going in for my MRI, I was not informed that I’d be in a remote facility outside. I was on the MRI machine for what felt like a long time and asked the tech, how much longer. This was the only moment where he spoke to me or informed me of anything and said “about 10-15 minutes more”. I didn’t stress about it. When I came out of the machine, I was informed that there was an issue with capturing the images and the tech attempted to blame me stating that either my height or weight was affecting the machine. He was careless with his delivery and also careless with my time as I realized I had laid in that machine for an hour and 15 minutes. The receptionist later informed me that the tech sometimes has issues and she suggested I come back later that day. By this point, I’ve already missed meetings for work and asked if I could schedule for the next day because I needed the scans for doctors appointments on Friday. My appointment was scheduled for the next day (Wednesday), so I came on time and this tech was informative and also chatted with me about the images that were generated. I stressed to him that I had doctors appointments on Friday and asked when I could expect the report. He said, you’ll have them in time for your appointments on Friday. Friday morning arrives and I call the office to find out what time I can arrive to pick up my report and the receptionist (who I later find out is also the manager) informs me that my report won’t be ready until later that evening or Monday at the earliest because it takes at least 24 hours. I’ve informed her that we are beyond the 24 hours mark and I need the reports, as I’d been saying in time for my doctors appointments today. She was not helpful, repeated the same information and when I requested to speak with a manager, she informs me she is the manager. When I asked if there is anyone else in charge I can speak with, she tells me that her boss may not arrive until 5/6P and that’s a “maybe”. The woman on the phone did not seem to care that errors on their end were further impacting my life and furthermore I am in pain, which is why I was prescribed an MRI and why I had appointments scheduled accordingly. Rather than empathize, she puts the phone down and starts making a lot of noise, whether it be typing or banging the receiver and when I said “hello” she said “I’m still here but I have nothing else to tell you”. After this encounter, I will NEVER go to this location for another MRI or any other type of service due to the careless nature in which they handle patients and their time/needs. My time was wasted and my appointments had to be rescheduled to next week due to errors on their end. If you can go elsewhere, I highly recommend it OR do not schedule appointments that will be reliant on the information received from them.

This has to be the friendliest Clinic I have been to in years! From the service to the front desk worker, just loved the way I was greeted with a beautiful smile and everything just went smoothly. Definitely will be coming back!

Hello Sharon, At this point we only have one location and that is in Perth Amboy NJ.

How is the parking near this place? Is there a parking lot?
