This place has been a let down time and time again. They are very slow and frustrating to talk to and they are always out of items. Tonight they told me they have no white rice, no corn, and not enough chicken to complete my order. GO TO THE POLLO TROPICAL BY GULF CENTER, they are always stocke and efficient.

Came here on Monday Labour Day 2022 with the family after day out on the town. Didn't expect much after the horrible experience at the Pollo Tropical in Sarasota. Well I gotta say the food was good and lots of it plus the staff was really friendly and helpful.
