Wow. What can I even say? Everyone has their bad days and I am aware weather is not a controllable thing but attitude IS. Whatever girl was working at 8:50pm on September 16th shouldn't have a job with people. I could not believe the way she barked at us that her computers were down. There is a way to communicate with someone that isn't angrily yelling at us for trying to order food from a drive through. Arby's you should look into this one. Yikes.

The last 2 times I’ve went to Arbys at this location, they are never busy but have you wait for the food for 10-15 mins. I drove off after her being inconvenienced that I asked for sauces (that weren’t in my bag) as well my entire kids meal was missing, I got the bay. But no meal inside after I waited so long. I called the store & nobody answered. This location is trash! The food was cold & this happened a few months back where my entire sandwich was missing. Never AGAINNNNN! Waste of 31$ lol

We both tried the prime rib sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The curly fries are always yummy. And we tried the Strawberry lemonade which was also amazing.
