Never had a problem with my food and I've come here several times. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because sometimes they take a really long time with my ONE ITEM order.

Normally people only leave reviews when service is bad, but this 5 star review is well deserved for your manager Leo on duty tonight 8/27/22. I have been on the path to a healthier lifestyle for a few weeks now and cut out all fast food except for 1 day every so often, I’ll reward myself. Today I chose Taco Bell because it’s something I haven’t had in awhile and I used to really enjoy the chicken quesadillas. I always order xmeat xcheese xsauce on mine. I went through the drive thru and ordered my usual. I got home about ten mins later only to discover my quesadilla did not have any of the xtras I got charged for. I’ve worked in the food industry my entire life, so I do understand mistakes happen. Since I don’t eat junk often anymore…I was REALLY looking forward to it. My first thought was to not be a Karen and just eat the meal, but I couldn’t. Especially after paying for every individual xtra. I drove back up there and asked to speak with a manager. A young guy named Leo came up, listened to my concerns and personally remade my meal. I was very grateful. He didn’t treat me like I was looking for a free meal. Just a great manager giving great customer service. We need more Leo’s in the industry. whatever you pay him, double it. Owner operators need to appreciate workers like that. especially in the crazy times we are in with staffing issues.
