I do not know who the manager is. Call corporate office and make a complaint.
Its hit or miss when you go, but that seems to be a usual with a lot of fast food. I feel like youll be getting yourself more frustrated if you call. If they cared about quality they would have opened a local taco shop and made their own food not a low quality fast food joint. That means, sadly and most likely theyre only in it for money and shrug off complaints because they know what they offer. Maybe next time you crave Mexican, I would recommend Blue Agave in the Cape, right off Cape Coral Parkway. It is a wonderful and bright place with great food and very great staff! I have been there four times and no one in my party has ever had a complaint. Either way I hope it works out for you and I am sorry you had a terrible experience.
Call the number on your receipt ask them they have to have a corporate number they should be able to respond and you should be able to get an answer good luck
I would take your receipt with you or call taco bell corporate office
I don't know who's the owner but I think the Taco Bell closer to Lee Memorial Hospital is better than that one. Maybe You need get inside the store and check they must have the manager or owner displayed on the wall.
