The condescending attitude from their front desk staff is hilarious. If you’re a new pet owner forget it. They conveniently forget to mention critical info when they set up appointments for first-time customers, and that’s just it, you’re just a dollar sign to these people. They refer you to the wrong specialists if it’s a real emergency and then they pray that you’re not intelligent enough to complain about it. And when you do complain they don’t hold themselves accountable to their bad recommendations. Like I mentioned earlier, I had a good laugh once I had an appointment with a decent vet and was then able to make comparisons. They’re desperate for new business so maybe give them a chance if you like to be insulted and overcharged. LOL!

Dr Rolfe and her staff are amazing. She has cared for my rabbits for 8 years now and till the very end she was the best vet ever. Caring, loving, responsive to questions and very supportive.

Absolutely amazing place. Dr. Romo and Vet tech Elisabeth were incredible. We went with a sick guinea pig and they are both so kind, understanding, and knowledgable. Dr. Romo took his time and answered every single question I had and I truly appreciate it. Amazing doctor! Elisabeth went over all the medications and how to accurately measure the dosage and marked each dosage. She is so great! Starlight is already feeling better! I would not go anywhere else ever again!! They truly care about animals and it shows from the moment you call till you leave. Thank you so so much!

They do! Dr. Rolfe is wonderful.
Hi there thanks for checking in. Eye problems are one of the most common problems we see in leopard geckos. Sometimes the geckos are brought in by their owners early enough to keep permanent scarring from happening. However sometimes there is permanent damage to the corneas. Similar to any other species and humans a scarred cornea may only improve so much. So it depends on what is going on in the eye and how long whether the problem can be fixed or not.
Not that type at this time.
I believe depends on the weight of the animal. But I will not trust anybody else with my animals. I go there all the way from Stuart!
They probably do... She took great care of my bearded dragon... He was extremely sick. She handled him like a pro! 👍
Hi there- no, our practice is limited to the exotics; no cats or dogs seen here. Thanks for asking!
