Made an appointment for 3PM. Even received an email confirmation for the appointment. Got here at 3PM. It is now 4:15PM and the place is CLOSED. Called AT&T at 3PM and was told they were on a 30 minute break. This is a bad business practice, not to mention inconsiderate.

Rich was so helpful and resolved an issue that online support couldn’t. I observed another employee helping a woman who needed the best cost effective plan because she wasn’t working. He was very sensitive to her situation and thoughtful as he reviewed the options with her. I can’t recommend this location enough! Amazing customer service and could even catch some of the Sox game on their TV 😀

AT&T Seabrook is the very best! Kyle & Tamie are so helpful and welcoming. They make the experience so easy. I’ve been with AT&T since it was Cingular Wireless and am very happy with my service. This was my best customer service experience throughout all these years. Top notch team! Highly recommended!
