I tried to upgrade my phone myself for two days and struggled pretty hard!!! I called this store directly and asked for help. I spoke with Brandon Sondrini he was so nice and offered me to come in, that he would fix it for me! When I got there he new who I was and helped me right away. He was so nice! He also new what he was talking about and he brought my bill down over 100$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus’s got me a bran new watch for my bran new phone and saved me 150$ on that too!! What a steal!! I am so happy with all my new devices and more then happy with the customer service I got from Brandon! By far the best experience I have ever had with Verizon! If I need anything else I will be sure to come back here. Very friendly, funny and nice. Thank you so much!!

Very pleased with my visit at Cellular Sales today. Isiah C. was professional and helped me transfer my data from my old phone to the new one. He also gave a courtesy call to see how my phone was overrating 2 weeks later. It was a pleasant surprise! Upon another visit Matt S. was happily able to install my screen protector and refund an item I mistakenly purchased with no hassle. Very nice and cordial! I will be recommending my friends and family to visit this establishment in the future and to speak with Matt or Isiah.

I was so happy I got Paul LeBrun as my sales person. Paul was very personable, helpful and a delight to work with on getting my new iPhone. He was just fun and made the experience great. As you know, you spend hours at a phone store if you are upgrading. Might as well be with someone you truly enjoyed. And that person was Paul!
