Fred was awesome! My air conditioner broke, I called Appliance Warehouse and over the phone Fred helped me order a new one. Super easy and even sent me a link to pay by text. I picked it up next day - hot off the delivery truck. And come to find out Fred knows the model (a GE Profile Clear View), so he gave me installation tips. I had a great experience with Appliance Warehouse!

We purchased a dishwasher and it arrived smashed. Since we couldn't install it the company got us a new one. Unfortunately the second one we got has a broken circulation pump. It's never run and they won't replace it. I've been calling and leaving messages with the sales people I dealt with (Fred and Dan) who say they've passed my message to the Sales Manager John Coates and no call back. I finally got him on the phone and he promised to call me back less than a week later. Still nothing. We have a $1000 hunk of a dishwasher that if it had a scratch, then they'd take it back. But they want us to get it serviced when it's never run from the start. Avoid this place ...........

My washer broke and I knew it would be challenging to find a replacement that would fit in the space. I called Liz Jutras at Appliance Warehouse and in a matter of days I had the perfect replacement!! One phone call and my problem was solved! Excellent customer service and the price was great!!! This is my 7th appliance purchase with them and I’ve never been disappointed!!! Thank you!!

Thank you for your inquiry as this is a subject we take seriously. We do follow current CDC protocols. All counters, doors, bathrooms are steralized daily. We also practice safe social distancing standards and mask wearing while working with customers. Also at any one time during the day there is generally at most 10 people in the store including customers and employees. This makes safe social distancing much easier than many of the larger stores around.
