Colleague snuck in a game informer subscription into our purchase without any mention of it, Refused to refund it (later found out he could) and it’s taken over a month for someone to finally start processing the refund. Customer service at GameStop have sent 3 emails to the district managers to contact me over the course of the month and I’ve heard nothing, Garbage customer service.

Mask wearing, people 6 ft apart, plastic barriers between staff and customers at the counter.
Idk gamestop policy and I generally just buy used when I can, but I have most certainly on occasion bought new games that just came out and watched them take the disk out of a sleeve, insert it in the Case and put on the circle security tape. Not everytime, but more than once at multiple gamestops. It's kind of a turn off, and you would think when your target market is the only demographic of people that still collect things, it'd be an obvious nono. Doesn't ruin my day, but I probably wouldn't risk making the purchase for someone else as a gift.
