Do you always sell new games in a pre-owned game box (marked pre-owned) with no instructions yet say it's new and expect someone to give that as a present? And then not answer the phones the entire day.

Idk gamestop policy and I generally just buy used when I can, but I have most certainly on occasion bought new games that just came out and watched them take the disk out of a sleeve, insert it in the Case and put on the circle security tape. Not everytime, but more than once at multiple gamestops. It's kind of a turn off, and you would think when your target market is the only demographic of people that still collect things, it'd be an obvious nono. Doesn't ruin my day, but I probably wouldn't risk making the purchase for someone else as a gift.

Games don't usually come with instruction manuals anymore. And it's Christmas Eve. I don't understand why people are so uptight about giving pre-owned as gifts.

New games are always factory sealed ....and it is Christmas eve day they are probably crazy busy with all the last day or last minute shoppers

Usually the new games are wrapped so there would be no way of them giving you a used one without a booklet.
