Wards Lake Park

Tiny park with a small lake/pond. There are bathrooms and a small play area... although not sure how often the bathrooms are actually open. If you delve into the woods, there are nice dirt paths you can explore. Might be some fish in the pond/lake, I think I've seen some people trying to fish there in the past. Not much parking and sometimes it seems like it's a handout for "hooligans" and vandalism happens on a too often basis.

This is a really cool Park. It has water and a field. It has woods and Trails. The kids Playground is still nice even though I remember bringing my son to play on it almost 20 years ago. I haven't seen any of the geese yet.WARNING the geese can get mean. The bathrooms are always locked, probably due to the homeless problem. I don't understand why they can't clean up after their own selves. I've been in the same position and never left a mess where I stayed. Respect your parks. Use a trash can.

I like this park, I cone here to work on my lap top. It's nice and quiet, except the geese, lol! Down side the bathrooms are not open.... Boo Hiss!

I'm really impressed about this part nice quiet picnic tables a lake 7 trail hike Jungle Gym swings if you want to be secluded away from a lot of traffic this would be as place for you and a loved one romantic walks
