Jack in the Box off Bell rd an 12th Ave in Phoenix AZ, has just send us in the mail coupons that have already been expired for nearly two months! What are you even supposed to do with that? Why even go through the trouble of sending out expired coupons. I can definitely say that if they don't even have the decentcy to put out valid coupons.. many will not even waste their time as well as money. They certainly do' not have to worry about getting anymore of my money.

Went to the Box Saturday on Euclid Ave in San Diego and ordered $47 worth of food got home and they failed to give me our mini taco order. I called and was told to drive all the way back for my food. They did give me extra tacos for my trouble. When we finally got to the Curly fries you could tell that it was the scrapings from the bottom of the barrel there were no whole curly fries and there were probably more half pieces of regular fries than curly fries.I ordered their loaded fries and if there was 10 fries in the order I would be surprised. They have a camera at the order place and I am starting to think that because I am Caucasian that they don't want to give me my moneys worth? NEVER FLUCKING AGAIN!

0 stars for corporate office, 4.5 for food. I've always liked jack in the box, but holy hell is trying to get a refund from them Hell. Took me over a week, corporate office is always closed for some reason, the locations that messed up the order usually have no clue what to do, apparently its up to the owners to give the go ahead for refunds. My guess is its a corporate tactic to discourage anyone from attempting to get their money back. Just add a refund option to your app, be better.

I went to the jack in the box located at 5075 Whittier Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90022 on 4/3/2022 around 2:30pm, Josephine was the cashier and also giving out the orders. I notice when I placed my order she graved the chicken nuggets with the same gloves she was using at the register. I was so upset she did that, she didn't change or wash her hands when she put my son's food at the fryer, I confronted her and asked her why she did that her response was she was short on staff. Judith was assisting at the drive thru she was also doing the same thing. I try to call corporate no luck, I'm also calling the health department.

I think Just like many other business they have been effected by employees who don't show up to work forcing them to close their dining rooms.
