Delicious birria and carnitas tacos, very busy place! Chips and guacamole were not my favorite. There was only one person working so it took awhile. It was the best birria I have had in awhile...I like to dipping consomme that comes with the birria taco. Great place to try

Google needs more than 5 stars to describe this place. I had decided to try Birria Tacos for the first time ever and came this spot. I was visiting on vacation, and mannnn.........these tasted sooooooooooooooo good... My Goodness!!! They clearly set the bar for my expectations moving forward as to how a Birria Taco should taste and they were VERY generous with the portion size too!!.. big thank you to the staff that was very friendly and accommodating!! Any time I come to San Diego here out, I'll be sure to stop by here. On a side note check out the homemade white drink that they have, it's good as hell... It's like a milk rice base with cinnamon in it... Tastes sooooo good!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. 12 out of 5 easily!

My first time eating here was last April of 2021. I had never had birria tacos and the establishment just popped out as the place to try them. Being that I’m from Louisiana I don’t know much about them. So while on a little vacation here to Cali visiting my daughter I tried. They were so amazing. So fast forward to last Friday April 8th, 2022, I’m visiting again and this time my family tried them as well. Same great quality and taste I enjoyed a year ago. This time I had horchata to drink and a tea made with hibiscus(they were two separate drinks). Y’all please give them a try. They are sooooo worth. I will eat there every chance I get when I go to Cali. Thank you for such amazing food.

Staff is friendly, and food is pretty good. Just wasn't really into the quesabirria, unfortunately. I got their $1 tequila ice cream for 5 de Mayo, along with carnitas and lengua mini tacos, 2 quesabirria tacos, and a Jamaica. I'd like to try different menu items and hopefully it'll "wow" me next time.
