If I could give negative stars I would. This apartment complex is incompetent. Had a lease there for a year and the first year was fine until the renew lease came around. Releasing with Aztec springs was the worst decision to make. The front office staff do not know what they're doing. Needed to break the lease due to moving an hour away and called the office multiple times to get clear and correct info for breaking the lease. The office staff said three different things every time I called and I called more than once to make sure we were doing it right. Went to go break the lease with all the "correct information" given from the manager herself. When I went in to break it they told me I needed additional things. That is WHY I called multiple times before going in to make the final decision, so so DISAPPOINTING! I was delayed yet again because they couldn't give me all the information I needed when i first called. So finally move out day. I called because I am an hour away to let them know I had the key. The staff member who answered said it's going to be another day charged. Which is understandable if they had told us that when I broke the lease. When I asked "is there anything else we need to know or do" and all they said was make sure the apartment is clean on the last day. NOTHING about the time frame the keys needed to be there and turned in or about the additional charge if the keys aren't given. I called and asked multiple questions and made sure all our info was correct even after breaking the lease so we wouldn't run into things like this. So upset with how everything went at this complex. Good luck to anyone that leases here, hopefully you have a better experience.

Nice apartment, and any service or repair requests are handled very quickly. I have seen a lot of review concerning roaches,, but I have not seen any in my apartment in the 5 months I have lived here. My only complaints are the pools are not kept clean and there is dog feces everywhere, even on the walking paths Update: been here over a year now, still no bugs besides crickets. Maintenance repairs are fast. If the pools and grounds were kept better, It would be 5 star 🌟

Was going good until they moved up their utility billing to charge us twice in one month. I'm not a happy renter anymore. I understand I have no rights in Arizona as a renters and I'm at the mercy of the rental corporation but billing twice for one month utilities is a major issue for me. I'd recommend anyone looking here keep looking.
