Not an "option" if you have a credit situation under 1-2 years old. Even though they advertise "ALL CREDIT AND PETS ACCEPTED!". This is not true. I've gone in twice to get help and am still turned away. Kept me waiting for over 15 minutes for the Manager to show up, only to find that they still can't help me. What a waste of time! ...If you can't help EVERYONE, then don't advertise it! EDIT: I do have over $5000/mo. in income, and my debt is less than 2K. It still makes no sense to me why you still advertise that ALL can be helped. This is false advertising and you should know better!

Thanks to this company me and my family were able to move into a beautiful home. It took her no time to get us with a great property owner. I would recommend 100 times. Daleena popham is the best. If you were ever have any trouble finding a place I would definitely recommend her.

Brandi was absolutely amazing. She was the most helpful customer service representative I have ever worked with in any business ever. You can tell that she works hard at what she does, and knows her information well. I was shocked at how well put together she was with her work and focused on the task at hand. I have been at my apartment for over two years now, and am very happy all because she had the will and knowledge to help my boyfriend and I find an apartment. There were a couple road bumps along the way (from no fault from her or the company) and she knew exactly how to handle each situation directly. It was very stressful for us until we met her, and she put our minds at ease in such a calm and professional manner. I cannot stress enough how great her customer service skills were and likely still are.
