They are very nice at this er I've gone twice now and had great experiences with both Dr's and other staff.

I've taken my mom and wife to Banner on Broadway and recently the paramedics took me to Steward and as I told them, "they are seriously on their game". I've sit in a Banner ER room with both family members for hours or even an hour just waiting to get released. Not the case at Steward! 1n at 1545 2 IV's, two different blood tests and out at 1830! Plus the paramedics asked if I had a choice and my response was"NO" and it was their idea to take me to Steward because I'd get seen faster...."You're missing out on some efficient and prompt ER care if you need it"

Staff was friendly and very prompt. Dr Paul was very efficient in his diagnosis and testing. Fast service and informative of all procedures and results. Highly recommend.

Just visited this hospital for the second time and this experience was horrible. Not sure what changed when it changed over from Abrazo but the staff did not seem competent. They did not listen to my real issue and why I was there. Just said it was anxiety and gave me a paper that they goggled. Kept trying to get me to take accept the anxiety medicine they were offering. When taking my blood the nurse must've missed the vein because she had me bleeding all down my arm. Then took the tissue box in the room to wipe. Instead of a prep wipe. The staff was switching so I think they just wanted to get out of there. I then had to have a the new nurse retake my blood. She said the previous nurse told her she didn't get it right. I already have a hard time with my veins and giving blood. I explained that to her. When she took my blood standing up and had my arm stretched acrossed the bed rail I knew something wasn't right. Next day I saw my Dr. And she said it all my symptoms were fro.m my stomach issues also referring me to a cardiologist due to the dizziness. This is the worst experience I've had since the change. My first experience was when it was Abrazo they took good care of me the about a year ago. Now not sure what's going on. But they need to get it right. People should feel safe going to the hospital with a reassuring they will help. And this was not the case. I was in and out quick because they didn't bother to take time with me.
