I've had enough. Increased rent by $200, took 3 months (no lies) to fix the leaking A/C, leaking kitchen pipes, broken garbage disposal. Whenever something gets "fixed" something else gets broken. - Toilet backed up beyond my control, they fix it and leave a giant scratch in the inside of the bowl (very pleasing for guests to look at) - Gym was closed for months - Pool was closed for months - front office never picks up the phone - Bathroom faucet wouldn't stop running, they fix it and don't screw the handle back in. - Door handle still hasn't been fixed since moving in here - Pantry handle came off the first day - The neighbors door is still broken from the previous tenant (they have to slam it shut, hard, very pleasing to the ears) The police are here every 3 months. The SWAT team is once a year. What made them think it was a good idea to increase the rent? There's nothing here that's gotten better that can justify a rent increase. Whatever lawsuit is pending against them, they deserve it.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY My room mates and I have been here for three months and have yet to have a positive experience with the front staff or maintenance, our “ newly renovated “ apartment came with two sliding glass doors that didn’t lock, (took two months for repairs) dryer went out about a month into the lease and took three different approaches and a months time of waiting to finally get it looked at ( not fixed as it just went out again).Our neighbor told us he had to wait a month+ for his water heater to get fixed. We were overcharged 200$ On our rent and when asked why at the front office no explanation could be found as to why. They also called my roommate while he was at work and told him a “special technician “ was there to look at the doors. When told no one was home we were stuck with $100+ charge added to our rent ! Not even a days notice. Maintenance is rude , management is unprofessional ,not to mention the neighbor hood is crawling with addiction. We regret moving here and discourage anyone from making the same mistake.

All of the office staff here are so friendly and helpful. The assistant manager, Yvette, went above and beyond in helping us relocate all the way from Texas. She went out of her way to make sure we could move in to our apartment on time, even though it was over a holiday weekend. I’m so grateful that she was able to help us make Arizona our new home :-)
