The Dr (owners) wife, Cindy, runs the practice. The Botox has gone to her brain cells as she is the most vindictive, unkind person ever. She treats her staff like the lowest on earth. Does not follow labor law codes or medical practice laws either. She is running the employees into a mental Health crisis; when the office should be full of compassion and medical professionalism. She talks about about the employees to other employees and more. And this is the Drs wife!!! So, I can only imagine the actually care and false bills etc patients are getting. Brutal honesty… is worth it!!! Beware this practice!!!

What's interesting to me is that I can place a VIDEO call to anywhere on this planet and be connected to someone in mere seconds. Send an email across the planet, and even into low Earth orbit, and have it received within minutes of being sent. Yet this office struggles with getting a referral to a specialist across town in less than several days to several weeks - if it happens at all. I guess they don't own a fax machine - or its broke? Or maybe they don't have internet or are incapable of sending an email? Either can be remedied with a minor investment. Find someone else that deserves your business. It isn't them - their actions speak volumes how much they care about their patients/customers.

Routinely will take weeks to refer to a specialist, even when the need is urgent (like significant orthopedic damage). That is of course if the referral is sent at all - sometimes they get 'lost' - and you'll never hear back from them.

Let me outline why you should avoid this medical group. Instance one – I was diagnosed on with kidney stones. I was seen and referred to a urologist. I called the urologist office a week later only to be told “we will call you back when we’ve received the referral”. As of today, I still haven’t received a phone call from the urologist’s office. What happed to this referral? Where did it go? What is the status of this referral? Gladly the problem has passed at this point. Instance two – my son damaged his knee and visited your office. I had paid for an MRI since he was out of town when the injury occurred. The diagnoses were a torn ACL, tendon sprains, chipped bones in his knee, and few other things. A referral was issued by your office to an orthopedic surgeon. My son called the orthopedic a week later – only to be told “we will call you back when we’ve received the referral”. Having not heard from them after another week, he called the orthopedic office to inquire about the referral. That office continued to insist they’ve not gotten a referral. He then called your office and spoke with a medical assistant with a promise he’d be called back that same day. The next day he called your office again, this time leaving a message around 2pm. Then he called our insurance company around 4pm to inquire about potentially doing a self-referral. The insurance company called the orthopedics’ office to find out that they still hadn’t received any referral from your office. The insurance company called your office, was passed around a bit but left a message again with a medical assistant. Three and half weeks later the referral was issued! I think you’ll agree with me in that one instance of a missing referral is a mistake. Two is a pattern. To be candid – these situations are completely unacceptable and utterly unprofessional. We’d been loyal patients for nearly 30 years.

I'm a patient I don't have an answer to that, sorry
Office hours are earlier/later than their phone hours for pt appointment convenience (recent change for them). Their phone hours are 830-5
