Looks nice online showed up and it's right on the rail line crack heads EVERYWHERE. One Woman had her entire life spread out across the sidewalk near the entrance. Apparently she's in the FBI and knows Jesus himself so that was interesting. I am from the Bronx and am used to this sort of stuff so I proceeded to the office. These people do not care about anything but getting that deposit out of you. I'm guessing they have a quota which is fine. I asked 2 different residence for feedback on the complex. 2 out of 2 told me they basically can not wait to get the hell out of this place. Common sense.....if you have a "luxury" residential community at LEAST take care of the residence. Regardless of location you could have a level of professionalism which, for me, outweighs anything. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. NO THANKS! Look elsewhere. All of these reviews are spot on. This place is just lipstick on a pig.

Office staff is unprofessional and apparently don’t care for anyone’s time. I was told to stop by for a tour prior to 5:30pm and I get there at 5pm no one answers the phone and the leasing office is locked and dark. However, office hours is until 6pm. On the other hand this location is right in the middle of the ghetto. I wouldn’t live here if it was the last place in Mesa. For the prices I’d want to feel safe. There were remaining evidence that someone has been sleeping in the stairwell attached to the car garage. Nothing luxury about the neighborhood. I’m glad I decided to take a look prior to doing an application online.

I recently moved here about a month ago. I love the location and the security it provides. The girls that work at the office are so sweet and helpful, especially Mariaya she is always on top of her game and always coming through for her residents. I definitely recommend leasing an apt here, you definitely get your money's worth.

I adore living here! I have been a resident for about 5 months and it has been such a blessing. There are some caveats such as the package lockers don't work for me and many other residents but over all the cleanliness, brand new "smart" appliances, underground parking, and overall feel of this apartment makes it 100% worth it! They even power wash the sidewalks around the building so it looks fresh all the time and you can tell the maintenance team really cares about the appearance. The area is clean and nice as well, being so close to the light rail you will get the occasional homeless person but everyone besides that makes me feel like I like I live in a nice safe suburban area. (I'm not saying homeless people aren't safe just mentioning the presence of them at times) The nicest apartments in the area for SURE. I have found my HOME <3
